1. Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We accept TT and LC, PayPal, if you have any other requirements, please feel free to contact us. 

2. Q: Can I get the sample before order?

A: It is our pleasure to provide you free samples, and freight collect. But if you want to make your own design , here has sample
fee and will return it to you when placing an order for the design.

3.Q: How many is your MOQ? Can mix colors and sizes?

A: Usually our MOQ is 100 pairs of each color for each style, can mix sizes.

4. Q: what about the delivery time?

A: Usually the delivery time for ready style is 3 days, for custom style with small quantity is 7 to 15 days, bulk order is 35 to
40 days. It can be negotiated if have special requirements.

5..Q: Can you print my logo in the shoes

A: Yes, we are able to produce all kinds of shoes according to your special OEM/ODM requirement. You can have your own logo on our
shoe and also can send us your designs ,we will customize them for you.

6.Q: What are your after-sales guarantee services?

A: Our company provides 60 days of cargo quality assurance after shipment. If there is quality problem within 60 days, our company
will reissue the goods in time or with a remake pair to you.

3. Sample room: while making sample, our workers and sample room technology will be careful with seiwng and to make a nice and decent sewing lines for every small parts
4. Cutting department: we will check our bulk fabric before cutting to make sure fabric are all good and reach standard, while cutting, we will take care and sort out all cutting pieces, to make sure its all matches with pattern
5. When bulk order start sewing on workshop, QC, production manager and sales person also pattern maker will check again for ready start pieces, we will have production meeting every day morning to check and improve quality and delivery time.
