We have 5 steps in checking samples and bulk order from different department.
1. Sales person, once got your inquiry, we will check and confirm every detail workmanship with you.
2. Pattern department: when order detail confirmed, we will make a pattern for our design, if have any measurements and fitting problems, we ready to work and negotiated together and let you know all the time
3. Sample room: while making sample, our workers and sample room technology will be careful with seiwng and to make a nice and decent sewing lines for every small parts
4. Cutting department: we will check our bulk fabric before cutting to make sure fabric are all good and reach standard, while cutting, we will take care and sort out all cutting pieces, to make sure its all matches with pattern
5. When bulk order start sewing on workshop, QC, production manager and sales person also pattern maker will check again for ready start pieces, we will have production meeting every day morning to check and improve quality and delivery time.
